Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. 

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. 

I am affiliated with most medical aid schemes. 

Reduced rates are offered to non-medical aid clients who wish to settle with cash or card (speedpoint terminal available). 

We offer a cash rate of R800 for a 50-60 minute session. Please contact us should you wish to discuss fees further.

A 24 hour advance notice is required for cancellation of an appointment. If this is not adhered to, the client will be charged for the session, unless both parties agree that the client was unable to attend the appointment due to circumstances beyond their control. If possible, we will try to find another time to re-schedule the appointment.
